As a Project Coordinator, I collaborate closely with the team members to address various challenges associated with different components of the EDU-Syria initiative. My responsibilities include: Identifying issues and proposing effective solutions to enhance project outcomes. Engaging in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative project ideas and initiatives for the team. Leading meetings in the manager's absence to ensure continuous progress and smooth operations. Facilitating communication among team members to maintain alignment and productivity.
