الدكتور المهندس عمر البواليز أكاديمي وباحث متميز في مجال الإدارة الهندسية، ويعمل حالياً كأستاذ مساعد في كلية الأعمال بالجامعة الألمانية الأردنية. يمتلك خبرة تزيد عن عشر سنوات في قطاع التعليم العالي، قام خلالها بتدريس وتنسيق مجموعة واسعة من المساقات على مستوى البكالوريوس والماجستير في الإدارة واللوجستيات، إضافة إلى ذكاء الأعمال وتحليل البيانات. نشر الدكتور البواليز أبحاثاً عديدة في مجلات عالمية مرموقة، ويشارك في هيئات تحرير مجلات أكاديمية ويعمل كمراجع علمي لعدد من المجلات المصنفة ضمن قواعد البيانات Scopus وWeb of Science وCABS وABDC. كما يقود مبادرات أكاديمية ومؤسسية متعددة داخل الأردن وخارجه. وتشمل خبراته المهنية المشاركة في التعليم الدولي، وتقديم برامج تدريبية احترافية، والانخراط الفعال في مجالات ضمان الجودة وتطوير التعليم في الأردن وألمانيا والمملكة المتحدة.
