Dr.Murad Samhouri
Dr. Samhouri received his BSc and MSc degrees in industrial engineering from the University of Jordan and PhD degree in Industrial & Systems engineering from Queen’s University, Ontario, Canada. He was acting as the director of accreditation and quality assurance at the German Jordanian University (2019 – 2021) and currently an associate professor of Industrial and Systems Engineering at School of Applied Technical Sciences at the German Jordanian University with more than 15 years of experience in academic education and research.
Dr. Samhouri is a certified supply chain professional (CSCP), a project management professional (PMP), and an internationally-certified proposal writer (IFI), and has more than 15 years of experience of industrial and management consulting and training in the fields of economic growth and development of micro, small & medium enterprises (MSMEs), design and implementation of sustainable businesses, support facilities and market systems, design and implementation of export development systems, industrial facilities design and development, project management, enterprise application integration (EAI), enterprise resource planning (ERP), business planning and business process re-engineering (BPR), process mapping, innovation and evolution of competitive advantage.

Dr. Samhouri has more than 15 years of experience in teaching and research in the field of Industrial Engineering, and a 3-year experience as a director of quality assurance and accreditation. Moreover, Dr. Samhouri has a long experience in economic growth and development of micro, small & medium enterprises (MSMEs), design and implementation of sustainable businesses, support facilities and market systems, process mapping, business process re-engineering (BPR), design and implementation of export development systems, industrial facilities design and development, project management, enterprise application integration (EAI), enterprise resource planning (ERP), business planning and, innovation and evolution of competitive advantage, innovation concept and process, research and development (R&D) process, evolution in industry project management, supply chain management, operations management, project budgeting, safety engineering and management, and technical and managerial reporting.
