A group of students of the Department of Logistics Sciences/ Dual Studies Program at the German Jordanian University (GJU) participated in the World Post Day celebration. The event was organized by the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRC) under the patronage of the Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, Ahmed Al Hanandeh.

The celebration included a special exhibition for delivery companies licensed in the Kingdom, with the aim of providing the students with an opportunity to learn about the postal services sector as a  hub of logistics services and companies working in distribution and delivery in Jordan, in addition to interacting and networking with the industrial sector.

The Assistant Dean of the Business School (BS) at GJU for Industry Affairs and Coordinator of the Dual Studies Program, Dr. Imad Hatamleh, stated that the students' participation embodies the university's approach to practical, applied education and building strong and sustainable partnerships with various sectors inside and outside Jordan, pointing to the strong relationship with the authority in many fields.

On behalf of GJU President Prof. Ala'aldeen Al-halhouli, Dr. Hatamleh received a commemorative shield from the commissioner of the TRC in appreciation of the university's efforts and fruitful cooperation.
