The German Jordanian University (GJU), through the Deanship of Innovation, Technology Transfer and Entrepreneurship (DITECH), has received an accreditation from Amazon Web Services, to officially organize the AWS Academy program, under the umbrella of the cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship and official Jordanian universities through the Youth Technology and Jobs Project.
This program allows higher education institutions to qualify students to obtain distinguished technical certificates and skills, paving the way towards a future full of opportunities in the ICT sector, especially in the field of cloud computing and emerging technologies.
Through the project, the Ministry is now working in cooperation with Jordanian universities to integrate these programs into the academic study plans of information technology, engineering students and others to achieve a sustainable impact to involve leading companies from the private sector in university education.
