The German Jordanian University students visited the warehouses at the DSV International Shipping and Storage Company in Sahab. This field visit comes as part of the warehouse management course in the School of Business, instructed by Dr. Hassan Younis.
The students learned about the company's import, export, shipping, and storage services, the different types of storage, methods, and mechanisms for loading and unloading goods using various cranes, in addition to the procedures used to deal with expired materials, methods of disposal, and safety and prevention measures at DSV.
At the end of the visit, Dr. Younis thanked the DSV team, represented by its CEO, Eng. Osama Marji, who in turn welcomed this visit and hoped for more cooperation between GJU and the company.
